Sherry Karnavas has been in practice as a licensed and Certified Physician Assistant for over 15 years. She graduated from the University of Texas Medical Center in Dallas, one of the most highly ranked medical teaching institutions. Before specializing in Dermatology, Sherry gained experience in Family Practice, Orthopedics, and Neurosurgery. In the year prior to joining our practice, Sherry specialized in Cosmetic Dermatology almost exclusively, including lesion removal, Botox, fillers (Restylane, etc.), and facial rejuvenation utilizing laser and pulsed light technology. Since joining Dr. Herbst, Sherry has added to her expertise the specialty of cutaneous oncology, including skin cancer diagnostics, prevention and treatment.
